Q. What services do you offer? I'm not sure what I need (but I know I need help!)
A. We offer wedding services for any and all types of weddings. If you've got a wedding... you need a planner! Our signature package is fully tailored to your unique wedding, so we only include everything you need. We help with DIY weddings, micro weddings and day-of-coordination.​
We also offer design and styling services as standalone services, as well a custom stationery and signage design. What we're trying to say is, if you have anything wedding-related you need assistance with, we can help.
Q. How far in advance should I hire a wedding planner?
A. Depending on what services you require from a wedding planner i.e. if you need help booking all or some of your suppliers, have a specific design in mind, or have a big DIY wedding, you should get in touch at least 6 months before the big day. If you just need our help on the day, you can get in touch 6-8 weeks beforehand.
Q. What are the benefits of a wedding planner?
A. A wedding planner takes the stress out of your wedding day by managing the logistics, coordinating suppliers and ensuring everything runs perfectly. We do hundreds of hours of work to help save you time, help you stay on budget and give you expert advice on every decision. With a wedding planner, you can relax and enjoy the planning process, knowing everything is in experienced hands, because...well, have you tried planning a wedding before? It isn't easy! And even if you have planned your wedding amazingly on your own, you'll need someone on the day to help as well - relying on well-meaning family members and friends isn't a guarantee of a stress-free day. We love weddings and this is what we do! Why risk it?
Q. What would the planning process look like with a wedding planner?
A. Working with a wedding planner means you'll actually enjoy wedding planning! We start with a quick chat consultation to understand what you've done so far and what you need the most help with. From there, we’ll create a custom proposal tailored to your needs, including a timeline and your investment in our services.

After the contract is signed and deposit paid, we’ll guide you through every step, whether it's recommending suppliers, managing bookings or designing your awesome wedding vision. Throughout the process, we’ll handle all the logistics and keep you updated with anything important.

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll finalise all details, create timelines, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure every last detail is accounted for. On the big day, we’ll be there to oversee every moment while you party.
Q. What's the difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator?
A. A wedding planner works for you and oversees every detail of your wedding, from budgeting and design to managing all your suppliers and logistics. We’re there for the entire journey, making sure your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined.
A wedding venue coordinator, on the other hand, works for the venue. While they may assist with venue logistics and play an important role, they won’t manage outside suppliers, create individual timelines for each supplier, or focus on personal touches the way a planner does.

We love working with wedding venue coordinators and they make our lives as wedding planners so much easier on the day. They handle food and beverage, table set up, as well as venue logistics, while we manage everything else such as the bridal party, guests, decor, and all other logistics and suppliers!
Q. Is there a wedding budget that is too low?
A. We work with clients with all types of budgets! We don't have a minimum budget that we work with but if you're working with a smaller budget such as €15,000 or less, you will need to factor in the cost of a wedding planner to that.
Q. What is the cost of a wedding planner? How do you price your services?
A. The cost of a wedding planner is based on hours of work that the service will take us to execute. It also varies depending on the level of service you need, the complexity of your wedding and other additional services you'd like such as stationery design or multiple days of planning.

Q. I want to get married in Ireland but I live overseas - can you help me?
A. Absolutely! A lot of our clients are based overseas and find having an Irish wedding planner to be invaluable to the success of planning their wedding from abroad. We have so many supplier contacts and know how to save you money and time. Not to mention we love Ireland and know how to wow your guests with an Irish wedding celebration they'll never forget.
